I bring over 25 years of international finance experience, combining senior financial leadership with practical involvement in building finance functions, supporting business growth and navigating strategic transactions.
Professional background
Experience across industries, countries and business stages.
I started my career at KPMG before moving into industry as Financial Controller at Schlumberger. I subsequently held Finance Director and CFO positions in the chemicals sector in the United Kingdom, Austria and Russia, before continuing as CFO in the logistics and infrastructure sectors.
My experience spans financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury and financing, finance transformation, investor reporting, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and post-deal integration.

Built and led the finance function of a greenfield logistics infrastructure business, supporting its growth from inception to $160M in revenue across two business units. Both were sold to strategic buyers, including DP World.

Secured long-term bank and leasing facilities to support capex and working capital requirements.
Financial planning & controlling
Established FP&A and controlling capabilities for a newly created manufacturing division of Schlumberger.
ERP implementation & optimisation
Implemented ERP systems for three businesses and streamlined existing ERP systems in two others.
